We will gladly issue a full refund (less shipping cost)  within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.  


Please email us at customercare@hannahsclosetx.com for return instructions. The original form of payment will be credited within  5-7 business days after the items are received. 


All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure you receive quality merchandise.


  1. Merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, or washed and have all tags attached.
  2. Shipping and return handling must be paid by the customer.
  3. Shipping and handling are NOT refundable.

Exchanges


At this time, Hannah's Closet  does not offer exchanges. If you're looking for a different size and/or color for an item purchased, simply return the item and place a new order .

Sale, clearance and accessory items are final sale. 

Shipping & Deliveries

All order are shipped via USPS. Hannah's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  


For your protection, change of address will NOT be made after your order is placed. Please ensure your address is entered correctly the first time.

To track the progress of your shipment via USPS:

  1. Locate the USPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.
  2. Visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking number under "Track a Package".
